SR radiator

SR Radiators are compact high-performance Heaters designed for explosive atmospheres. They are available in two temperature classes. Available power for those marked with Ex de IIC T4 Gb range from 1500W to 3000W and types Ex de IIC T5 Gb from 850W to 1700W. Both types are also suitable for dusty environments.

Use:
Spatial heating of e.g. storage areas for paints, chemical materials, fuels, gas cylinders, etc. Radiators are used on platforms, in chemical and petrochemical plants, petrol stations, power stations, pharmaceutical plants and others.

Construction:
The Heater consists of steel section radiators in which a D-8640 Heater battery is mounted at the bottom. RADIATOR is filled with water and antifreeze agent. For maximum protection, the Heater is equipped with a safety limiter with manual reset. The safety thermostat is set to 105 °C for temperature class T4 and 90 °C for T5. The pressure safety valve is then set to 1.3 bar. The Heater is provided with floor brackets and wall brackets. It is recommended to use a third support for SR2500 and SR3000 models. The standard supply voltage is 230V. Different voltages are available upon request, but maximum is 400V.
The section radiator can be controlled by an exTHERM ambient thermostat.

Standard surface treatment of steel parts:
coating (surface treatment) is white (RAL 9016). Special coatings can also be supplied upon request.
