Self-regulating heating cables
The principle of self-regulating heating cables
Self-regulating heating cables change their power output according to the ambient temperature and supply exactly as much heat as is necessary. The advantage is also that the heating cables are regulated point after point, in sections of any length.
In other words, they respond "intelligently" and control themselves without expensive electronics.
The FSM self-regulating heating cable is designed to protect against frosting or to maintain process temperatures in metallic or non-metallic pipes, containers and other devices. FSM cables are approved for use in normal environments, Zone 1, 2 and Zone 21, 22.
The FSR self-regulating heating cable is designed to protect against frosting or to maintain process temperature in metallic or non-metallic pipelines, reservoirs and other devices.
The FSE (w) self-regulating heating cable is designed to protect against frosting or to maintain process temperatures in metallic or non-metallic pipes, containers and other devices where high temperature resistance is required. The FSE (w) cable resists steam flushing temperatures. FSE (w) cables are approved for use in normal environments, Zone 1, 2 and Zone 21, 22.
High-performance self-regulating cables FSS are designed to maintain process temperature or to protect against frost at places where the temperature is kept high or the exposure temperature is high. FSS cables resist the steam flushing temperatures. FSS cables are approved for use in normal environments, Zone 1, 2 and Zone 21, 22.
High-performance self-regulating FSU cables are designed to maintain process temperature or to protect against frost at locations where the temperature is kept high or the exposure temperature is high. FSU cables resist the steam flushing temperatures. FSU cables are approved for use in normal environments, Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 21, 22.
Protection of gutters and roofs from snow and ice build-up. The G-Trace self-regulating heating cable offers the ideal solution for frost protection of gutters and gutter downspouts and to prevent possible consequential property damage.
