The SCHUCH e855 and e856 explosion-proof LED luminaires are compact industrial lighting solutions designed for safe illumination in ATEX Zones 1 and 21. Combining a robust design with long-lasting LED technology, they are ideal for industrial environments where explosion-proof performance is required.

These luminaires are suitable for general lighting, orientation lighting, emergency signage and escape route illumination in factories, warehouses, corridors and other hazardous locations.

The e855 model provides standard LED lighting, while the e856 version includes an integrated emergency battery, ensuring operation during power outages.

Both series feature IP66 ingress protection and are built with a glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) housing and polycarbonate diffuser for even, glare-free illumination.
