Range DIASHADE
Sun shade DIASHADE is made of hot pressed glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP).
Standard colour light grey RAL 7032
The material is UV resistant with low flammability and self-extinguishing.
The antistatic (GO) finish serves to avoid forming of an electrostatic charges according to DIN EN IEC 60079-0 and it is possible to place them in hazardous areas (Ex).
1. Use
the sun shade is used for shielding of equipment and fittings against:
- Direct sunlight (overheating)
- Dirt build-up
- Exposure to atmospheric conditions
- Mechanical damage
2. Function
- Edging around the perimeter of a conical shape allow easy drainage of water.
- The large side panels provide excellent protection from sunlight, especially at low angles.
- Various mounting options, especially for transmitter protection, are available, such as direct mounting of the SD37 on the transmitter head or mounting on a pipe or steel construction.
- Heat insulating material to prevent heat transfer from sunlight.
- Stackable for space-saving transportation and storage.

DIASHADE SD 37
Transmitter and valve assembly located under the DIASHADE SD 37, which is mounted directly on the pipe stand.
Transmitter mounted under DIASHADE SD 37. Mounting bracket of the transmitter is mounted on the pipe stand.
The Rosemount 3051 ... or Endress and Hauser F12 / T12 transmitter mounted under DIASHADE SD 37, which is mounted directly on the transmitter housing.
Many accessories are available for different types of transmitters from renowned manufacturers.
DIASHADE SD 67
A capillary transmitter located under the DIASHADE SD 67, connected to the inner pipe with mounting brackets.
Pressure transmitter mounted under DIASHADE SD 67 and which is fastened to the outer pipe by the MSW mounting system and rails.
DIASHADE SD 127
Two Differential Pressure Sensors with BM distributor mounted on an optional mounting plate to the outer piping
