Radiator ERB

Tubular air Heater type D-8500
finds use in heating rooms and other industrial areas, such as storage areas for accumulators, paints, fuels, chemical materials, pumping stations, power stations, pharmacies and others.
They are also used in distributor, to prevent condensation in Control and instrument panels.

Construction:
The steel pipe is welded to the junction box. The pipe is equipped with rolled steel ribs, which guarantees the highest efficiency of heat transfer. The heating element consists of ceramic parts in which the resistance wire is located. The power density (W / cm2) is determined to prevent the surface temperature during standard operation never to exceed maximum allowed temperature given by the temperature class of the device.

Construction is equipped with two supports with wall or floor mounting holes. It is also equipped with a distribution box EEx d IIC, which is equipped with a hole for M20 x 1.5 cable gland.

Note:
The ERB Heater should be installed horizontally and must not be covered during heating. A free space of 90 cm should be provided above the Heater. Maximum ambient temperature: 40°C.
Tubular air Heater EBR can be controlled by an exTHERM type ambient thermostat.
