Radiating heating panels
Radiant heating panels for potentially explosive atmospheres designed to heat industrial areas such as warehouses, workshops, lines, paint shops, etc.
By default, the panels are placed directly on the ceiling with the connection of the lead in the installation box, but they can also be hung (for example on chains). The installation frame is supplied at an additional cost. The surface temperature of the panel is approx. 100-110 ° C, the installation height depends on the mode of use and the assumed ambient temperature. Panels are widely used. The base colour of the panel is brown. Other colour versions of the panel are available at an additional cost.

Description:
Low-temperature radiant panels are constructed from a two-piece 0.6 mm FeZn enclosure sealed against the external environment by soldering all joints and openings. The heating element is a resistive conductor. The front and sides of the panel are treated with a special surface treatment based on dispersion acrylic paint and quartz sand. The back of the panel is not painted.
Installation of heating panels:
The panels are finished with a silicone cord with protective braiding V05SS-F 3G x 1 with a length of 1m. Panel mounting is possible directly on the ceiling using a mounting frame, which is ordered separately or in cassette ceilings or hanging on ropes or chains.
The method of installation is shown in the figure.
Note:
For more information concerning the installation of radiant panels see the manuals enclosed
with each individual product.
