Immersion heaters
Immersion Heaters:
They are used to heat liquids and gases.
The Heater consists of a certified explosion-proof enclosure that includes:
- Certified electric heating elements
- One temperature protection thermostat with manual reset or one PT100 thermocouple as a safety device
- Thermocouple and PT100 are only available in combination with the temperature controller installed in the control panel
- One temperature control thermostat for fluid temperature. Another alternative is a single thermocouple or PT100.
- Threaded holes for flameproof certified cable entries and / or plugs Ex D II C
The flame-proof enclosure is built up out of a seamless body, a top cover and base plate
The top cover is secured by M4 screws.
Standard cover material:
Carbon steel / high alloy steel. Other material on request.
