Immersion Heaters:
They are used to heat liquids and gases.

The Heater consists of a certified explosion-proof enclosure that includes:

One temperature protection thermostat with manual reset or one PT100 thermocouple as a safety device
Thermocouple and PT100 are only available in combination with the temperature controller installed in the control panel
One temperature control thermostat for fluid temperature. Another alternative is a single thermocouple or PT100.
Threaded holes for flameproof certified cable entries and / or plugs Ex D II C

The flame-proof enclosure is built up out of a seamless body, a top cover and base plate
The top cover is secured by M4 screws.

Standard cover material:

Carbon steel / high alloy steel. Other material on request.

Standard features:

IP 66 protection
Longitudinal support elements for lengths over 750 mm
Element Diameter: 8,5, 10,2, 12,7 and 16 mm
Heating elements material: High alloy steel, nickel alloy and copper alloy
Cable entries: Type 501/453 Universal. Material: brass

2. Type D-8660:

Ingress protection IP66
Longitudinal support elements for lengths over 750 mm
Element Diameter: 8,5, 10,2, 12,7 and 16 mm
Heating elements material: High alloy steel, nickel alloy and copper alloy
Cable entries: Type 501/453 Universal. Material: brass
