Basic

BASIC protection cabinets are manufactured form fiberglass reinforced polyester components, which together with the internal polyurethane foam insulation form a sandwich construction.
Standard colour is light grey RAL 7032.
The material is UV resistant with low flammability and self-extinguishing.
The anti-static (GO) version of the cabinet avoids the formation of electrostatic charges in accordance with DIN EN IEC 60079-0 and can be placed in an Ex-hazardous environment.
IP65 in the case of single doors and IP54 for double doors.

Vertical c-rails at the rear wall for equipment mounting
The locking mechanism of single door 100.xxx.xxx series comprises of locking cylinder. Double door design uses an additional three-point locking system with a plastic handle.

1. Use

Especially in industry, infrastructure, factories, power stations and also in environmental protection.
They can serve as:

• Analyser shelters
• Measuring and regulating stations for environmental protection
• Mobile transmitters and receivers (used by mobile operators)
• Radars and radio stations
• Control of drives, motors and also as distributors
• Batteries and rectifiers protection
• Gas control stations

2. Advantages

• High static strength
• Low total weight enables installation in and on buildings and steel structures
• Fully transportable, can be equipped in the workshop and moved to site
• Full range of accessories, such as heating systems, ventilation, electric installation, lighting equipment, pipe
  and cable seals, mounting
systems etc.
• Complete project management by INTERTEC from specification to three-dimensional CAD drawings

3. Description

Protection boxes BASIC are manufactured from sandwich elements with excellent insulation properties. They are designed to create a self-supporting shelter with high mechanical strength.
The sandwich elements have a core of PU-foam and all edges are reinforced with high-density profile sections made of compact material.
The elements are joined together with screws and adhesive. The solid edge of the section enables a permanent connection, allows for installation of lifting lugs etc. and forms a rigid skeleton.
There is a wide range of wall thicknesses and wall panel arrangements to choose fromThe shelter can be designed to meet difficult conditions such as wind and snow loads, high mechanical loads, resistance to earthquakes and extreme temperatures (desert or arctic conditions).
